The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 10-15 days. As soon as the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is over, the wines are placed in barriques for aging which lasts for 12-18 months.
Vine: 100% Barbera.
Colour: intense ruby red.
Bouquet: deep and complex. It expresses the character of Barbera with fruity notes of cherry and plum. Hints of chocolate give it complexity.
Flavour: full-bodied and harmonious, red fruit and almond are fully enjoyed. A pleasantly harmonious finish and long persistence.
Year of planting: 1980-2000.
Production per hectare: 90 QL.
