The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 10-15 days, at a controlled temperature. Bottling follows after 12 months of aging exclusively in steel.
Vine: 100% Barbera.
Colour: garnet red, with bright violet reflections.
Bouquet: pleasant hints of fruit, with a predominance of small red berries, cherries and raspberries respectively.
Flavour: full and deep, with great roundness, the long and persistent finish makes it particularly inviting.
Year of planting: 1980-2014.
Production per hectare: 90 QL.
