Pinot Nero

The grape harvest takes place from the end of August to the beginning of September. The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 10-15 days. As soon as the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is over, the wine is placed in barriques for refinement which lasts about 9 months.

Vine: 100% Pinot Nero. 

Colour: bright red, with slight garnet reflections.

Bouquet: complex of ripe berries and cherries, with pleasant spicy notes of pepper and leather.

Flavour: soft and harmonious taste. Very balanced with good persistence and a slightly tannic and velvety aftertaste.

Year of planting:  1980-2000.

Production per hectare:  80 QL.
