Vine: Barbera. 

Colour: intense peau d’oignon (onion skin) color obtained with a sparkling base for hair raising (rosé de saignée).

Bouquet: deep and complex with spicy notes such as vanilla, blending with the fruitiness reminding notes of undergrowth macerated for a long time in alcohol. All this is linked to the unmistakable minerality of the soils of the Saline area, where the grapes  are grown, that create tertiary stratifications gradually appearing in the glass.

Flavour: full-bodied and dynamic, it is at the same time vibrant and wrapped up in its structure: the finish of intense persistence recalls the brave combination with what makes fat its dimension.
