Piemonte Rosato

Denominazione di Origine Controllata

The grape harvest takes place from the end of August to the beginning of September. The vinification takes place with de-stemming and placing the grapes in the press. Maceration for 8 hours and soft pressing. (Yield of grapes into wine 50%). Natural decantation of the juice and spontaneous fermentation. Natural clarification and bottling at the beginning of March to respect the fresh notes of the grapes.

Vine: Nebbiolo & Barbera. 

Colour: intense rosé, with kept orange reflections.

Bouquet: intense flavors of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry that mix with hints of pomegranate and rose petals.

Flavour: dry and a nice acidity and minerality, it closes with a savory and long finish.

Year of planting:  1980-2000.

Production per hectare:  80 QL.
