The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 10-15 days. As soon as the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is over, the wine is placed in barriques for aging which lasts 24 months.
Vine: Nebbiolo & Barbera.
Colour: intense rosé, with kept orange reflections.
Bouquet: intense flavors of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry that mix with hints of pomegranate and rose petals.
Flavour: dry and a nice acidity and minerality, it closes with a savory and long finish.
Year of planting: 1980-2000.
Production per hectare: 80 QL.
