The vinification begins with the pressing of the still intact grapes from which the must separated from the skins is obtained, ready to be introduced into tanks at a controlled temperature to proceed with the clarification and filtration process. It is then decanted into autoclaves and stored at a low temperature where a slow fermentation phase begins which ends reaching an alcohol content of 5 degrees of alcohol by lowering the temperature and micro filtration.
Vine: 100% Moscato d'Asti.
Colour: straw brilliant yellow, rich perlage.
Bouquet: intense extraordinary freshness. There are notes of fresh fruit, such as white peach and sweet floral notes of orange blossom.
Flavour: pleasant with a sensation of fullness on the palate, fruity taste of long persistence in balance with its effervescence.
Year of planting: 1980-2014.
